ORACE
ORACE stands for Oracle Code Editor. A free PL/SQL editor with syntax highlighting and debugging. The goal of this project is to create a tool that allows a PL/SQL developer to quickly browse, edit, compile and debug PL/SQL code on an Oracle database as well as perform free-form SQL queries. It is released under the GNU license, so you can download it and use it for free, and you can also download and modify the source code to fit your needs!
