This is something very useful for javascript developers and web developers in general thanks to Dave Child to make it available. The JavaScript cheat sheet is designed to act as a reminder and reference sheet, listing methods and functions of JavaScript. It includes reference material for regular expressions in JavaScript, as well as a short guide to the XMLHttpRequest object. A description of what is on the cheat sheet follows, or if you are impatient, you can go straight to the full size JavaScript cheat sheet.

Part of my arrangement with the publisher of the JavaScript Bible (Wiley) is that I am allowed to offer for free download an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) version of Appendix A of the book. This appendix consists of the JavaScript and Browser Objects Quick Reference. For the sixth edition, I reduced the complexity from earlier versions to focus on the core JavaScript language and modern DOM scripting features found in mainstream scriptable browsers. The result is an eight-page quick reference, which you can print out and assemble into a convenient booklet to keep handy while scripting.

Usually, an event occurs when a user loads a page, clicks on a button or performs some other task with the mouse or keyboard. This page lists the most common events that can be inserted into JavaScript code to react to user actions.
